• What is the time to process the order?

The standard delivery time is from 1 to 3 business days.

  • I paid for the order. The money was collected. The order appears as unpaid. What should I do?

  • What is the complaint?

In order to file a complaint, please:

1. Return / complaint form Fill out the return / complaint form and attach it to the package.

The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number, date of purchase and defect.

2. Setting the product
